It is a low resolution screenshot captured from a news broadcast/news report.
The image is of significantly lower resolution so as not to allow any high-quality copies.
The image is used for informational purposes only.
The image is important to the article because it portrays the location of the event which has historical significance, in this case the location of one of the worst school shootings in United States history.
