Hi. Thanks for your contributions to the Royal Canadian Air Cadets article. You have the material in quotes and say that it is taken from www.cadets.ca. Its great that you found a reference for this material, but Wikipedia can't "take" material from other sources. We must paraphrase/re-word it. If you don't mind, would you be able to do this? If not, the material has to be removed. Also, to reference material as coming from a particular source, the Royal Canadian Air Cadets article uses footnotes. You can read Wikipedia:Footnotes to see how to use those. If you have any questions, or if you just don't have more time to work on this, let me know at my talk page and I can finish the work that you started on that section.
