Civil War: A Nation Divided is a historical first-person shooter computer and video game developed by Cauldron Ltd, and released on November 14, 2006 by Activision and the History Channel for Xbox 360, PlayStation, PlayStation 2, and PC.

The story line for A Nation Divided is relatively short, spanning twelve levels based on some of the most well known battles of the American Civil War. One can play as either the Confederates or the Union. All weapons are period and take some time to reload.[1]
The Xbox 360 version of the game contains many possible achievements that are worth a substantial amount of points on the ranking system for Xbox Live.

During the game, you will play through a total of twelve different battles from the Civil War. The battles are divided into two campaigns: North and South. Each campaign contains six historic battles. You must play through each battle to unlock the next one.[2]
