This page is full of mis-information and requires a tidying. It has none of the appropriate templates or tags or whatever they are called. For example, if this is true it has no sources.
Abstinence from sexual activity results in a build-up of hormones, correlated with a feeling of well-being.
This article seems to contradict what is said in the abstinence article, never mind common sense and experience.
