Amulya Malladi

Amulya Malladi (b. 1974) was born in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India. She holds a bachelors degree in Electronics engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India and a masters degree in journalism from the University of Memphis, Tennessee, USA.
After graduating from the University of Memphis, she worked as an online editor for a hi-tech publishing house in San Francisco and then as a marketing manager for a software company in Silicon Valley.
Amulya Malladi has written four novels and is working on her fifth. After living in USA for several years, she now lives in Copenhagen, Denmark with her husband and two sons.
Her books include, A Breath of Fresh Air, The Mango Season, Serving Crazy with Curry and Song of the Cuckoo Bird.
Amulya is currently working on her fifth novel, The Sound of Language, which will be released in spring 2008.[1]
