- All the references to reviews seem to be verifiable, although since these journals are all copyrighted, the full texts are not available. (You could, however, probably find most of them in a sizable public or university library using their system.) JAMA article, BMJ article, and the IMAJ article is cited on many sites selling the book by "Elihu D Richter MD, MPH Hebrew University", including Amazon. - Che Nuevara: Join the Revolution 13:30, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
