Atletico Madrid B is a Spanish football club that currently plays in the Segunda División B. They are the reserve team of Atlético Madrid. They play their home games at the Nuevo Cerro del Espinal.

The club was founded in 1963 as Reyfra Atlético Club. In 1970, the club absorbed Aviaco Madrileño CF which was established in 1967 when Madrileño CF(1956-67) and AD Aviaco (19xx-67) merged, became affiliated with Atlético Madrid and changed its name to Atlético Madrileño Club de Fútbol. In 1991, the name changed to the current Atlético Madrid B.
