Bethpage High School is the only high school in the town of Bethpage, New York, located in Nassau County on Long Island. It is located on the corners of Stewart Avenue and Cherry Avenue, across from the Bethpage Community Park. On average, each class size is between 25 and 30 students.
Almost every classroom in the school is equipped with an overhanging projector attached to the classroom computer. There are several computer labs within the building with Internet access.

The school's Drama Club is called the Bethpage High School Masquer's Guild. It was founded when the school opened. The current director, Mr. William Kroupa Jr., has run shows including Fame, Pippin, You Can't Take It With You, Crazy For You, You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, Haunted Honeymoon, Alice In Wonderland, Graff (written by Mr. Kroupa), Grease, Guys and Dolls, Tribute to America, Oklahoma, Poutpurri, and more. Usually, the guild performs a fall play and a spring musical. This year they will perform West Side Story.
[edit] Bethpage High School Performing Arts Center
On January 16, 2007, the new Bethpage High School Performing Arts Center was unveiled. The First Performance was the Winter Concert. Due to work on the auditorium, the guild did not perform its usual fall musical. The auditorium contains its own sound system, waiting room, dressing rooms, and lighting booth. The opening ceremony began with an opening ceremony by the Superintendent and Mr. Kroupa along with the Board of Education welcoming the guests to the new auditorium.

Bethpage's varsity football team has won 10 Nassau County and 5 Long Island Championships since 1984 when the playoffs expanded to four teams.[citation needed] In 1952, Howard C. Vogts created the first team. Vogts' career record is 342-114-10 mark over 53 seasons. One of Bethpage's most notable records was a 60-game home unbeaten streak (59-0-1) between 1989 and 2004. It ended on October 23, 2004 when the Golden Eagles lost 27-0 to the Wantagh Warriors.[citation needed]
In 2006, Bethpage's football team's record was 8-2.[citation needed] The team was the Conference III champion.[citation needed] Trevor Michaelsen holds the record for most PAT's in a career and in also single season.
