Bill the Dummy

Bill is one of the puppets on the Canadian television show Puppets Who Kill, which is airing on the Comedy Network. He is voiced by puppeteer Gord Robertson.
Bill is a 1920's Ventriloquist Dummy that freaks everybody out. You may think he will kill you and he will. Bill has had 58 ventriloquists die in unlikely accidents.
