Blair Cramer (née Daimler) is a fictional character on the American daytime drama One Life to Live. The role was originated by actress Mia Korf in 1991, and has been portrayed by Kassie DePaiva since 1993.
During her time in the fictional town of Llanview, PA, Blair Cramer is having marriage problems with her then husband Todd Manning who's had much trouble with the law; crimes which include: numerous rapes, murders, kidnapping, and other crimes.
The character resides at 17th Corinth Street in a penthouse in Llanview.

- The character was originally introduced as a biracial woman, whose conception was the result of the rape of a Caucasian mental patient by one of her institution's interns, who happened to be of Asian descent. However, Blair's biracial heritage was erased when actress Mia Korf, who is half-Japanese, was replaced by Kassie DePaiva, who is White.
- Spencer Truman invalidly married Blair Cramer in 2007 in a hospital, after Blair had fallen 2 stories off a building (via a fight between Spencer and Todd).
