Paul Cramer was a fictional character in the fictional city of Llanview on the long-running daytime soap opera, One Life To Live. Paul was originated in October 3, 2003 by Brock Cuchna, who portrayed the role until March 10, 2004. The character then was replaced on March 11, 2004 until May 2005 by David Tom

The character of Paul made a crossover on to All My Children from his frist appearance on December 30, 2003 until his last appearance on October 27, 2004. He was involved in his former wife Babe Carey and her then friend Bianca Montgomery babies switch. Which he kidnapped Babe's son and gave him to his sister Kelly to raise with Kevin. While he gave Bianca's daughter to Babe.
