I, Nihiltres, believe that the use of this copyrighted book cover constitutes fair use because:

1. No free equivalent is available -it's a book cover.
2. The use of the image on Wikipedia is completely nonprofit and public.
3. The image, (especially because it is the only image on that page as of this being written (05:15, 18 November 2006 (UTC))) contributes significantly to the article.
4. The image is only a low-resolution copy of the cover.
5. The use of the image will not foreseeably hurt demand for the book or decrease any associated values.
