I know the "delete" discussion has been closed, but this road is by no means an independent entity or any of that. "Blanco Galindo" is just the name for a few miles on the Bolivian main highway. As soon as in Quillacollo, one of the end points of the "Blanco Galindo" stretch, it changes names at least twice. So I don't know whether it's worth an entry. Also, and by international standards, I don't think it's particularly noteworthy for the number of traffic accidents it sees.
