Brad Hammond is a fictional character in the Second and Third season of the TV series 24.

Brad Hammond checked in briefly after the bombing of CTU to check operations. He wanted to shut things down, but he was convinced not to do so by George Mason.
After Tony Almeida and Michelle Dessler incapacitated Ryan Chappelle hours later, Brad Hammond called CTU asking where Chappelle was. Tony Almeida told Hammond that he did not know where Chappelle was. Hammond became suspicious.
Later on, Hammond came to CTU and locked it down because of a phone call by Carrie Turner. Hammond believed that Tony was responsible for Chappelle's disapperance and was helping Jack Bauer against Division orders. He released Chappelle from the holding room Tony and Michelle had locked him in.

In Day 3 Brad Hammond is first seen in a meeting with President David Palmer, he then came to CTU after Tony was taken into custody for his acts in helping Stephen Saunders to escape. He interrogated Tony at CTU and informed him that he was guilty of treason and even risking the death penalty.
Hammond had an argument with Michelle about what happened with Tony and told her he helped Saunders escape, which she didn't know.
Later on, Tony was needed on the floor to help Jack in his final run to stop the Cordilla virus. Michelle Dessler asked Hammond to release him, but he refused. When Michelle told him he was wasting time and to run tactical himself, he let Tony go and help Jack, just to take him into custody again as soon as the threat had passed.
