Brett Reed

Brett A. Reed (b. July 12, 1972 in Oakland, California) is an American musician. He is best known as the drummer for the punk rock band Rancid that he joined in 1991. He left the band on November 3, 2006 and was replaced by Branden Steineckert. The reason why Brett left Rancid remains unknown.
When he isn't playing music Reed enjoys restoring classic cars.
Brett is a left-handed drummer.
Brett's first drumset was bought by friend Andrew Champion of Screw 32 and several other projects.
