"Bring It On" is an episode of the television show 6teen's in the first season.
Characters in the episode are Jen Masterson, Jude Lizowski, Nikki Wong, Jonesy Garcia, Wyatt Williams, Caitlin Cooke, Ron, Stanley and his mom, two other babysat kids, Coach Halder, Serena, Kyle Donaldson, and Chad.

In this episode, Jonsey starts working at The Penalty Box and begins to compete for number of sales with Jen. Coach Halder takes an instant liking to Jonsey, and dubbs him the best employee. This enrages Jen even more, for she is the one who does all the work but Jonsey still gets good rep.
At the same time, Wyatt is jealous of a bandanna that Serena, his girlfriend, has been wearing. It was given to her by Chad, her former boyfriend. So Wyatt takes a suggestion from Nikki to buy her a new bandanna and pop it on her head. He does so, but the bandanna he buys has hockey sticks on it, and Serena doesn't like hockey. Serena still takes it but continues to wear Chad's.
While working at Stick-It, Stanley and his mom show up and order food, but Stanley turns it down. His mom says he did the same to all the other food spots in the food court and asks Jude to watch him while she goes and "cries...I mean, powders her nose".
At the Big Squeeze with Nikki, Wyatt, Catlyin and Jonsey, Jen tells Jonsey it's stupid to compete for top sales. Jonsey says she's giving in because she knows guys are better at everything. The girls are enraged, and challenge the boys to a contest.
First it's Jude (who is still watching Stanley after 3 hours) and Nikki in a staring contest. Nikki wins because Jude forgot what they were doing. Then it's Jonsey and Catlyin in a pure lemon-juice chugging contest. Jonsey collapses. Then, with Jen and Jude, eatimg a lot of Stick-Its and go on The Vomit Comet (a mall roller-coaster) without barfing. Jen hurls. Jonsey instantly claims the guys the winners and continues to brag.
Jude then opens a baby-sitting service called "Dude Daycare" and watches Stanley and 2 other kids for the day. However, they're out of control, and Jude needs help from Wyatt and Jonsey. Jonsey has the "bright" idea to give the kid he's watching chocolate. It backfires, chocolate covers The Penalty Box and Jonsey is fired. The guys cry for the girls help, and they make them say that girls are better at most things. They give in, everything else is O.K and it's back to normal.

Kyle: Thanks. - Jude: So, little dude, what do you like to do besides make babysitters cry?
Stanley: (takes out a toy hammer and baseball bat) Hitting things.
Jude: Cool. (They start hitting a bench)
Ron: All right, what's going on here?
Jude: Babysitting.
Ron: (Pauses) Alright, carry on. - Jude: His mom left him with me so she could go to the bathroom.
Jen: Aww, that's so sweet!
Jude: 3 hours ago.
Serena: Guys are such bad liars. Jude: (yells) That is so not true! Guys are the best liars ever! Jonesy: (dives across the table and covers Jude's mouth) (whispers) Shut up! What are you crazy! You'll wake the kids! Kid: (opens eye and laughs menicingly)
