Deletion review for Arbor View High School
Please be aware that this discussion has closed and is now being reviewed at Wikipedia:Deletion_review/Log/2006_June_29#Arbor View High School. Silensor 22:33, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- Actually my stance on high school articles has changed somewhat recently, to the point where I'm no longer sure what my opinion is. As a result, I'm now avoiding school AfDs. But that's beside the point: I do not appreciate attempts at vote-stacking (as noted by CrazyRussian in the DRV), and have a general rule against responding to them unless both sides were notified, which doesn't appear to be the case here. My RFA
==Star Wars ship names==
Hey, BryanG! I've read your comments on the aformentioned articles. Please explain your thinking more to me, as your definately have more experience than I. If necessary, I'll add a description for every ship: it's condensed history, commander, accomplishments, famous battles it was at, and where it was destroyed.
Very ncie archiving and message leaving system.
Thanks,

My RfA thanks
Hello BryanG/Archive 2, and thank you for your support at my Request for Adminship, which succeeded with an overwhelming final count of (105/2/0). I was very pleased with the outpouring of kind words from the community that has now entrusted me with these tools, from the classroom, the lesson in human psychology and the international resource known as Wikipedia. The Free Encyclopedia. Please feel free to leave me plenty of requests, monitor my actions (through the admin desk on my userpage) and, if you find yourself in the mood, listen to some of what I do in real life. In any case, keep up the great work and have a fabulous day. Grandmasterka 06:39, 16 July 2006 (UTC) |
Me too! :D
Thanks for contributing to my successful RfA! | ||
To the people who have supported my request: I appreciate the show of confidence in me and I hope I live up to your expectations! Thanks for your Wisconsin addition. I'll go through later tonight and see if hes made edits similar to what he did for other states. His reasoning is stated here, which you may want to bring up in Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Arbitration_enforcement Seicer (talk) 22:28, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
- No problem. I really hate cleanup tags without discussion, so I also started one at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Wisconsin Highways#Naming conventions.... BryanG(talk) 22:45, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you for doing this. Your input is appreciated and welcome. I have suggested on the Wikiproject page for WI Highways about consulting the DOT site for these roads as well. --master_sonLets talk 23:02, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

My RfA
Thank you so much for voting in my recent RFA. It passed on the relatively narrow vote of 38/8/8. It was also one of the least-participated-in RFA nominations in several months, so pat yourself on the back, and join the party on your left, but first, take your cookie!

Aquygen Delete Vote
I dont know how this process works, but I think that the deletion of something that has been properly cited because the members do not like the topic is unfair and goes against the goals of this website. Aquygen is a real product created by a real company, and I think you do everyone a disservice by dismissing an article based on your personal feelings of what someone percieves as "psudoscience". I thought the goals of this website was to provide information on topics that can be sourced. I have cited the sources for Aquygen. When I added information about Aquygen I was not finished with the citation process. The article was recommended for deletion without giving me time to complete all the research into the sources. It wasn't even up for more than 15 minutes before it was recommended to be deleted. That cannot give a person the proper time to address citation, and to ensure all information is given. Creating an article is a process which takes time, and sometimes trial and error. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Boyohio02 (talk • contribs).
- I have only made a procedural comment as of yet on the AfD in question, I have not commented at all on the worthiness of the article. By all means, make your case at the debate, and, if necessary, improve the article. The entire point of a deletion debate is for editors to determine whether an article belongs on Wikipedia, and all comments are welcome and considered by administrators when closing debates. Feel free to read Wikipedia:Guide to deletion for more info on how our deletion process works. BryanG(talk) 06:39, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
My RfA and your vote
Hi Bryan, Thanks for participating in my RFA! Ultimately, no consensus was reached, but I still appreciate the fact that you showed up to add in your two cents. I'll try to get more active in AfDs—actually, my inactivity and inexperience with deletions bothered me as well. You can feel free to talk to me about it or add some advice on my improvement page.

Claude Brochu article
Thanks for fixing up this article so quickly. It is the first new one I have created, and I didn't know how to add categories and link the articles in the two languages so I'm glad you did. Now I see how to do it. The link to the French article is indeed important since it is the source for my translated article.
Merci encore une fois (Thank you once again) "Dirac66"
RfA thanks
Thank you very much for participating in my RFA, which closed successfully today with a result of (62/18/3). I will go very carefully at first, trying to make sure I don't mess up too badly using the tools, and will begin by re-reading all the high-quality feedback I received during the process, not least from those who opposed me. Any further advice/guidance will be gratefully accepted. I hope I will live up to your trust! Guinnog 14:49, 30 August 2006 (UTC)} |

Long-Overdue RfA Thanks from Alphachimp
Thanks for your support in my not-so-recent RfA, which was successful with a an overwhelmingly flattering and deeply humbling total of 138/2/2 (putting me #10 on the RfA WP:100). I guess infinite monkey theorem has been officially proven. Chimps really can get somewhere on Wikipedia.
With new buttons come great responsibility, and I'll try my best to live up to your expectations. If you need assistance with something, don't hesitate to swing by my talk page or email me (trust me, I do respond :)). The same goes for any complaints or comments in regard to my administrative actions. Remember, I'm here for you. Louise Littieri. Je puis vous donner mon adresse.

- First, please use English, I don't speak anything else at all well. Second, my only edits to that article were disambiguating cardinal to cardinal (Catholicism), and then restoring that change only after someone reverted back to an earlier version. If the disambiguation was wrong, change it back, but I have absolutely no opinion in whatever editing dispute is going on there. BryanG(talk) 21:01, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
WikiProject Disambiguation Talk Request
This is a form message being sent to all WikiProject Disambiguation participants. I recently left a proposed banner idea on the WikiProject Disambiguation talk page and I would appreciate any input you could provide. Before it can be approved or denied, I would prefer a lot of feedback from multiple participants in the project. So if you have the time please join in the discussion to help improve the WikiProject. Keep up the good work in link repair and thanks for your time. Nehrams2020 22:27, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
Danny Phantom discussion
Hello. You recently participated in a discussion on the possible deletion or merger of some Danny Phantom characters. While all the articles were kept, I noted that many of those commenting on the debate suggested merging some characters into a main list. Seeing this, I've compiled a list of some of the minor characters who may not need their own article, and would like the opinions of those who weighed in originally. You can participate in the discussion here. Ral315 (talk) 18:23, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
