Caridad Svich

Caridad Svich is a Latin-American playwright, songwriter, translator and editor known for her critique of the American dream and mix of Latino and American cultures. She has written eight full-length plays and a number of one-acts and other shorter works, including Any Place But Here, Alchemy of Desire/Dead-Man's Blues, Twelve Ophelias and Luna Park. She has also edited and translated for several notable publications concerning theatre.
