Carlo Facetti (born June 26, 1935 in Cormano), is a former racing driver from Italy, mainly known for his success in sports car racing. In his single attempt at Formula One he failed to qualify for the 1974 Italian Grand Prix with a Brabham BT42 run by the Scuderia Finotto team.
In 1979 he was the FIA Touring Car champion.
