"Celebrate the News" is a song written by Dennis Wilson and Gregg Jakobson for the American pop band The Beach Boys. It was originally only released as the B-side of the "Break Away" single on June 23, 1969. Since then the song has been issued as a bonus track on the re-release of the Friends/20/20 two-LP-on-one-CD format in 1990. The song was recorded February 25, 1969
