Cerveau (セルヴォ Seruvo?) is a fictional video game character in the Mega Man Zero series. His name translated from French is "brain".
[edit] History
Cerveau was a Reploid engineer who was exiled with the Resistance. Since that time, though, he felt somewhat inadequate at his job. It was his development of Zero's weapons that made him regain his confidence and make a real difference to the world.
[edit] Personality
Cerveau is busy and hard-working, but felt he didn't match up to necessity in his engineering skills. Though he was doubtful at first that Zero was who he seemed, he was also fascinated with the potential energy of his weaponry. He developed the weaponry and later admitted that he believed Zero's identity, and had regained his confidence by designing such weapons as the Shield Boomerang and Triple Rod. He claims he has had ideas stolen before and that, it seems, may have been what shattered his confidence, making him unenthused about his job and, he claims, sloppy. With Zero's return in Mega Man Zero 2, he is greatly enthused to be working with him again, albeit slightly disappointed that Zero managed to destroy all of his weaponry in the previous year.
