From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hello, I'm an electrical engineer from Atlanta. My professional interests include electromagnetics, radar, DSP, phased arrays, PLLs, oscillators, and frequency synthesizers. My personal interests are chess, programming, guitar and bass, origami, gambling, cryptography, Linux, and computer hardware, to name a few. In high school, I was the copy editor for the school newspaper, and it made me very sensitive to grammar, spelling, punctuation, word choice -- you name it -- in everything I read. Any article that I read, I automatically copy edit, and it's nice that here I can actually fix it. I'm very impressed by the high quality of many Wikipedia articles, and I'd like to help by bringing a few more up to that standard. It's also great that I can write an article and have it edited within hours by a total stranger, and they fix things and add improvements I hadn't even thought of. It reminds me that I'm not perfect, and no one is immune from errors.
I really like the whole Wikipedia concept. It is just a Good Thing. For some reason, I like making and contributing to disambiguation pages. Weird, huh? Anyway, if you'd like me to copy edit a specific article for you, leave me a message to that effect on my talk page and I will get on it as soon as I can. Cheers!
