Colorado State University - Pueblo is a public institution of higher learning located in Pueblo, Colorado in the United States. The current enrollment is approximately 4,000 students. The university has four colleges and 26 academic programs. Until 2003, the school was known as The University of Southern Colorado. It occupies approximately 275 acres (1.1 km²) on the north end of Pueblo.

CSU-P belongs to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, an NCAA Division II conference. They have a successful baseball and racquetball team, as well as other sports such as basketball, golf, and soccer. The 2005-2006 women's basketball team won the RMAC title.
Recently, the school successfully voted to reinstate their football program. [1]
