Commissioner of the British Antarctic Territory

This is a list of High Commissioners and Commissioners of the British Antarctic Territory, the area of Antarctica claimed by the United Kingdom. The first High Commissioner was appointed in 1962 following the establishment of British Antarctic Territory as a separate British overseas territory. Prior to 1962, the area was administered from the Falkland Islands by the Governor.
