The Communist Youth Union of Spain (sp: Unión de Juventudes Comunistas de España UJCE) is the Youth Organization of the Communist Party of Spain, defined by its by-laws as "Independent in organizational issues and autonomous in political issues." Differently than PCE that defines itself as Revolutionary-Marxist and is based on the principle of organizational Federalism, UJCE defines itself as Marxist-Leninist and is based on the principle of Democratic centralism. As PCE, UJCE is a Founding member of United Left, UJCE is also a Member of the World Federation of Democratic Youth
