"Count on Me" is a duet between Pop/R&B singer Whitney Houston and gospel singer CeCe Winans. Released in early 1996, the song became the fourth (second by Houston) single from the soundtrack of the feature film, Waiting to Exhale. It later peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart, and was certified Gold.

The music video for the song features Houston and Winans giving a concert performance, with clips of the Waiting to Exhale film sporadically mixed in. In the spring, the "Count on Me" music video peaked at #1 on BET, MTV, and VH-1 respectively.
