Cross Bay Veterans Memorial Bridge

The Cross Bay Veterans Memorial Bridge (originally Cross Bay Bridge) wholly in New York City, is a toll bridge that crosses from Broad Channel in Jamaica Bay to the Rockaway Peninsula, and is located in Queens. Reconstructed and opened to traffic in May 1970, this bridge carries six traffic lanes and a sidewalk on the east side.
As of March 13, 2005, the crossing charge for a two-axle passenger vehicle is $2.25, with a $.75 discount for E-ZPass users. Certain resident discounts apply to this bridge.
The bridge is owned by the City of New York and operated by the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority, an affiliate agency of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
