Curious George is a 2006 animated television series based on the popular Curious George children's book series and motion picture, which features Jeff Bennett as the voice of The Man with the Yellow Hat. Frank Welker, who voiced George in the movie (which gives "The Man..." a first name: Ted), returns here as Curious George's typical monkey sounds. The stories are narrated by William H. Macy. The show is currently screened on PBS Kids as part of Miss Lori and Hooper's schedule block.

The series is produced by Universal Animation Studios (Universal Pictures released the Curious George film), in association with WGBH Boston. Each episode has two short cartoons per half-hour episode and a live-action segment after each story based on the previous theme of the story.

7	September 15, 2006	Curious George, Door Monkey	While the Doorman is away and Hundley is in charge, George opens up packages of balls that he thought were for him. He soon realizes his mistake and tries to repackage the balls before the intended receiver inspects his packages.
		Curious George Goes Up the River	George gets lost down a river with Jumpy Squirrel, and the two use landmarks to help them find their way back.

		Curious George and the One That Got Away	George finds an American eel and competes against Bill for it.
23	January 17, 2007	Ski Monkey	After a large snowfall, George wants to play in the snow. He walks outside, only to find that the snow is stacked up high right outside the door. So the Man with the Yellow Hat shovels a small path. He gets tired and tell George he can play in the snow while he makes hot cocoa. However, the snow is so deep that George keeps sinking in. Bill coems over with skis and lends George a pair of skis. George decides to climb a large hill, but struggles at first until Bill tells him to "zig zag" up the hill. Soon George and Bill successfully reach the top of the hill. Whilst on the hill, Bill hears a noise, so he sets out to investigate it. George waits on top of the hill, but accidentally skis opposite his house. He finally reaches the top again where Bill calls from the bottom of the hill and says he must go home. Anxious for hot cocoa, George skis toward his house. He hits a rock and loses a ski. So he decides to take the other one off and jump over, but now he lost the other ski. He slides down the hill on one ski, like a snowboard. He loses that ski by the time he reaches to bottom. The snow is still too deep, but luckily for George two kids decide to lend him snow shoes. But first, them must go to the other side of the hill. Once George obtains the snow shoes, he walks up the hill once again, although very tired. When he reaches the top, he hears a noise. He discovers a pig standed in the snow. He takes a sled and slides down the hill with the pig. When he gets to his house a farmer walks out, followed by the Man with the Yellow Hat. The farmer thanks George and the Man with the Yellow Hat tells George he made hot cocoa. George later falls asleep.
		George the Grocer	George wants an oven, (much like an Esy Bake Oven) but the Man with the Yellow Hat says it is too expensive. George searches the city for jobs with no luck. George then decides to work at a grocery store. He continually helps customers, without the owner knowing. The owner sess a cumulation of messes and suspects that the customers are messy shoppers. The owner finally relizes that George helped his store when he sess a Christmas window display that attracts customers, despite the fact it was July. George is then given the title Employee of the Month. When George gets home, he counts his money. The man in the yellow aht gets home from work, and tells George that he is proud. In the end, George and the Man with the Yellow Hat eat cake. The man comments on the "good" frosting.
24	January 18, 2007	Keep Out Cows	George finds a beautiful meadow of flowers, but has to think of ways to get Leslie and the other cows from eating it.
		Curious George and the Missing Piece	George thinks that Charkie has stolen a bone from Professor Wiseman's dinosaur skeleton.
25	January 19, 2007	Camping With Hundley	The Man with the Yellow Hat takes George camping and he can't wait to go again. The Man has a busy schedule, so the Doorman takes him with Hundley, but the roof on their trailer caves in during a thunderstorm.
		Curious George vs. the Turbo Python 3000	George wants to ride the Turbo Python 3000, but he is too short.
26	February 19, 2007	Housebound!	George has a broken bone, and Hundley is monkey-sitting him.
		Curious George Rides a bike.	George learns to ride a bike and does Bill's paper route.
27	February 20, 2007	The All-Animal Recycled Band	The Fire Department and Ted practice playing instruments, but won't let George play. So he makes his own band with Hundley, Charkie, Gnochii and Compass. A local spectator hears the noise and calls the fire Department.
		The Times of Sand	After looking at a photo album from when the man with the yellow hat was young, George decides he wants to go to the beach and build a sand castle. So, George and The Man with the Yellow Hat have a sandcastle building competition. However, when George tries to build his castle, the sand doesn't pack together. Bill is also at the beach, and he suggests George to use the sand by the water. However, when the tide comes in, George's plan is ruined. Afterward, George, Bill, and the man with the yellow hat build a sand castle together. At the end of the day, George still has his dream of building a larger sand castle someday. When they get home, the man with the yellow hat finds out that there is sand in the trunk.
28	February 21, 2007	The Elephant Upstairs	A new neighbor moves in upstairs and makes strange noises, which causes George to imagine that an elephant is now in the building.
		Being Hundley	Frustration at being told what to do leads George to try out life as various other animals, including a "lobby dog" like Hundley.
29	February 22, 2007	George fixes Betsy's Wagon	Betsy's wagon breaks after a wheel falls off, so George and Steve try to find another wheel.
		Curious George Takes a Dive	George finds worms in his backyard and wants to keep them, but remembers an experience with a turtle.
30	February 19, 2007	Unbalanced	George attempts to make a mobile, while balancing actors are in town.
		Curious George vs. Winter	George is to put out nuts every day for Jumpy while Bill and the bunnies go to their grandma's house during a freezing winter.

• Curious George: The show's title character. If he finds something new, he will always become curious about it and not want to stop learning until he finds out all about it. He usually does not quite get the new concept at first until one of the other characters fully explains it to him.
• The Man with the Yellow Hat: The man who first befriended George and also acts as his primary teacher. He does not wear his hat while at home but always puts it on while going out. His name in the movie was Ted, but he does not have a first name in the series.
• The Doorman: The doorman for the apartment building that George and the man with the yellow hat live in. He is always wearing red clothes like a British Sentry Guard but with a red cap. He is very friendly and always loves to see George.
• Hundley: The Doorman's dachshund. He is a very clean dog who wants his lobby clean and tidy. He does not like George, because he is known to be very messy and is afraid he might mess up the lobby.
• Chef Pisghetti: An Italian chef who owns a restaurant in the city. He has always wanted to cook and is always trying weird new foods such as Giardino, Meatless Hamburgers, and an ice cream dessert made in the shape of his cat. There was a time when he first made Jardino burgers but when George lost the original box and made a new one with the wrong recipe, they wound up tasting awful.
• Gnocchi: Chef Pisghetti's pet cat.
• Steve and Betsy: Two kids from George's neighborhood in the city who are brother and sister and presumably own Charkie as a pet.
• Charkie: A black cocker spaniel.
• Bill: George's neighbor from across the street in the country. He owns a hutch of bunnies and has a paper route. George once took over the route for a short time.
• Professor Wiseman: A women with glasses that works at a museum that George and the Man in the Yellow Hat go to.She is seen in more than 1 episode.
• Jumpy Squirrel: George's friend who likes to stay in trees, but always gets caught in George's adventures.
• Compass: The Doorman's homing pigeon, with a terrible sense of direction.Compass also cannot figure out what George is and is often seen picture george,but it ends up to a different animal.
• Mr. Glass: Owns a building and hires window washers in New York City.
• Mr. Quint: One of the people that George is friends with in the country.He was the one to take George fishing and he is a quintuplet.His siblings are a track runner,a train master,an officer, and a person that prints money (coincedently named Mint).
