Charles Bronson

Charles Bronson, vlastním jménem Charles Dennis Buchinsky, (3. listopadu 1921 – 30. srpna 2003) byl americký filmový herec, většinou představitel drsných chlapíků. Jeden ze Sedmi statečných.
Narodil se v Ehrenfeldu v Pensylvánii z 15 dětí litevských emigrantů. Jako jediný z rodiny vystudoval vysokou školu, ale nejdříve pracoval jako horník spolu se svými bratry. Teprve po válce studoval herectví a začal v divadle Pasadena Playhouse, kde se seznámil s režisérem Henrym Hathawayem, který mu nabídl první filmovou roli. Opravdu slavným se stal až v roce 1960 ve filmu Sedm statečných (The Magnificient Seven). Hrál ve více než šedesáti filmech.
Zemřel v Los Angeles na zápal plic.
