Floyd Nathanial "Danja" Hills is a 25-year-old [1] record producer and the protégé of producer Timothy "Timbaland" Mosley. He was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia and took up drums and piano in his early teens. He got his start playing in his church growing up. [2]
In 2001, a chance encounter with Timbaland turned into an opportunity to play some music for him. Two years later, Timbaland brought Danja to Miami to work in his studio there. [3] [4]
He has produced several songs with Timbaland that returned the famous producer to prominence in 2006, including the hit singles "Promiscuous" by Nelly Furtado and "SexyBack" by Justin Timberlake.
He is currently working on the next albums by Duran Duran, Natasha Bedingfield, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, M.I.A., T.I., Eve, Britney Spears, Chris Brown, 50 Cent, Keri Hilson, JC Chasez, Missy Elliott, Lil Wayne, Nicole Scherzinger, Rihanna, Christina Milian, Nikki Flores, Trey Songz, DJ Khaled & Bobby Valentino.
