Darren Helm (born January 21, 1987, in St. Andrews, Manitoba) is a Canadian ice hockey player. He is 6 ft tall, weighs 182 lb, shoots left and plays left wing. He currently plays for the Medicine Hat Tigers of the WHL.
Helm was drafted in the fifth round, 132nd overall, by the Detroit Red Wings in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.
Helm played for Canada at the 2007 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.
