Darren Randolph

Darren Randolph (born May 12, 1987) is a young goalkeeper playing for Charlton Athletic. He is a Republic Of Ireland Under-21s international and has also been in the senior Republic of Ireland squad.
From Wicklow, Randolph played school football with Ardmore Rovers. He is the son of Ed Randolph, one of the first American imports to the Irish Basketball League.
Randolph spent the beginning of the 2005-2006 season on loan at Accrington Stanley and earned himself a 2 year contract at Charlton Athletic. In August and September 2006 he spent a month on loan at League One Gillingham.
Randolph has also represented Ireland at basketball.
