David Zimmerman

David Zimmerman or David Carpenter was an American and mid-level official of the Communist Party of the United States of America (CPUSA) in Maryland. Under the name David Carpenter, Zimmerman was part of the Soviet Military Intelligence (GRU) network that was supervised by Whittaker Chambers.
