The Delaware Governor's Mansion called as "Woodburn" is the official residence of the Governor of Delaware and his or her family. Woodburn has served as the official residence since it was purchased by the state in 1965. Woodburn built in 1798 by Charles Hillyard III, is one of the finest Middle Period Georgian houses in Delaware
