It is *very* difficult to get references for this article. For example, I would doubt that there exists a cook book detailing street side snack preparation in Bengali, let alone English. The "dhoper chop" preparation is reasonably common in Kolkata though. The best references I could think of would be :
- A photograph of a prepared dhop
- A photograph of a board advertising the preparations of dhop
References to a couple of books and movies which use the term "dhoper chop" as a colloquialism.
