[edit] Miscellanea
The way the tracks are listed in the CD liner notes is a bit confusing; the list above is the official tracklisting as confirmed by the Touch and Go Records website, the Don Caballero 2 promo CD and members of the band.
In a 2006 interview with Resound magazine, Damon Che explained the meaning of one of the songs on Don Caballero 2: "The song 'Dick Suffers is Furious With You' is about rivalry in the corporate ladder world. Could you imagine how stressful your day could be if there was a guy named Dick Suffers and he was furious with you?"
"Cold Knees (In April)" is a solo for prepared electric guitar written and performed by Mike Banfield.
An outtake from the Don Caballero 2 recording sessions called "If You've Read Dr. Adder Then You Know What I Want" was released on the Sixty Second Compilation on Coat-Tail Records and later on Don Caballero's singles collection, Singles Breaking Up (Vol. 1).
