Dundas West is a station on the Bloor-Danforth line of the subway system in Toronto, Canada. It is located at 1525 Bloor Street West at its easterly intersection with Dundas Street West near Edna Avenue. It opened in 1966. In early plans, Dundas West was shown as Vincent Station after nearby Vincent Street.
Dundas West is adjacent to Bloor station on GO Transit's Georgetown Line. Nearby landmarks include The Junction and Roncesvalles Village.
To the east of the station, the subway runs in a bored tunnel until just before the next station. This allowed the tracks to pass underneath nearby railway lines without disturbing them during construction. If the tunnels had not been bored underneath the railway lines, the subway would have had to travel underneath them via an elevated structure or by direct underpass, as the railways are all at grade level.
Dundas West along with Keele (TTC) were considered to be potential northwestern terminal station in Phase Two of the formerly planned Downtown Relief Line
