Half long blade (only 1m) for filleting Tuna
This is a Hancho Hocho (Jap.: 半丁包丁), a half length knife to fillet Tuna at the Tsukiji fish market. The photo was taken by me on March 2002 -- chris_73 See also Image:HanchoHocho.Tsukiji.CR.jpg for the full length knife (almost 2 meter).
