Easington Sports F.C.
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Easington Sports F.C. are a football club based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, England. They were established in 1945 and joined the Hellenic League Division One A in 1971.
They have spent over thirty years in the lower divisions of the Hellenic League without ever winning the title, their best finish was 3rd place in the 1974-75 season. As their Addison Road ground does not have floodlights, they are currently ineligible for the FA Vase, but they did compete for two seasons (1989-90 and 1990-91) when the entry requirements were less stringent, but lost their first game on each occasion.
Currently, they are members of the Hellenic League Division One West.
