Bragg Communications Inc., doing business as EastLink, is a group of companies providing the incumbent cable television services, as well as competitive internet and wireline telephone services, serving nearly all major centres of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, as well as Sackville, New Brunswick, Canada.

In addition to the Bragg Communications name, EastLink's cablesystems previously operated as Halifax Cable, Viking Cable, Seabreeze Cable, Able Cable and Bay Cable until November 24, 1998. It also purchased the former Access Communications assets of Shaw Communications in 2001.

Canada's sixth-largest cable TV provider, EastLink has become a leader as the first major North American cable company to offer competitive local telephone service in its territory in 1999 over a fiber optic network , through Bragg subsidiary EastLink Limited, putting significant pressure on incumbent carrier Aliant in its territories. In 2005 the 902 telephone market was the most competitive telephone exchange in North America . They also brought telephone competition to New Brunswick in 2005

It was one of the first companies in North America to bundle digital cable and broadband Internet services with mobile phone service (through a reselling agreement with Rogers Wireless.

EastLink also manages a local television network branded as EastLink Television that serves the company's cable customers.

In 2004 Eastlink started using a 54 kilometer fiber optic Submarine communications cable from Graham Pond, Prince Edward Island - PortHood Cape Breton Island Nova Scotia.
