East Worthing and Shoreham is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

The constituency covers the eastern portion of Worthing and the town of Shoreham-by-Sea in West Sussex.

Following their review of parliamentary boundaries in West Sussex, the Boundary Commission for England has made alterations to all existing constituencies to deal with population changes. The modified East Worthing and Shoreham constituency is created with the following electoral wards:

Immediately prior to its creation in 1997, the Shoreham portion of this constituency had been in the Shoreham seat and the East Worthing portion had been in the Worthing seat. Prior to 1974, the Shoreham portion had been a part of the Arundel and Shoreham seat.
Between 1945 and 1950, the entirety of this constituency was subsumed within the Worthing seat and between 1918 and 1945 within the Horsham and Worthing seat.
