Önder Turacı (born July 14, 1981 in Liège, Belgium) is a footballer, who currently plays for the Turkish Premier Super League club Fenerbahçe SK at the defender position. He is 1.86 meters tall and weighs 79 kilograms.

He was a Belgian U-21s and played in the 2002 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship. Due to this, despite he was include in the squad of Tukish senior team in series of friendlies in summer 2004, he did not made any debut. This is because the new FIFA's rule said that such change in nationality should apply before player's 21 birthday. That's mean he can not debut for any nation other than Belgium in any FIFA official match.
He refused Belgian senior team call up in February 2006.[1]
