Alper Balaban (born August 9, 1987 in Germany) is a Turkish-German footballer who plays for Fenerbahçe S.K.
Alper's career began with German club TSG Hoffenheim. In 2005, he was transferred to Fenerbahçe. He made his debut in a Turkish Cup match against Sivasspor on November 11, 2006. He was brought on in the 82nd minute.
