The 2010 Formula One season will be the 61st Formula One season in history.
According to Max Mosley and the recently-approved agreement between the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and the Grand Prix Manufacturers Association (GPMA), the 2010 season might see the return of turbocharging in the sport, along with the introduction of bio-diesels. By 2010, it is expected that the use of energy-saving and restoring devices will be mandatory, and changes to the aerodynamics of the cars are also expected, along with a "freeze" of aerodynamic development.
