ACT Gridiron or ACTG is the governing body for gridiron (American football) in the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. ACT Gridiron currently has 3 Division One teams registered in the league and 4 Junior (Under 18) teams.
Finalists of the league participate in the Capital Bowl at the end of season, which was established in 1993. It was won by former team Tidbinbilla Space Cadets in its first year, was won by another former team Canberra Tigers twice (1995, 1999), won three times by the University of Canberra Firebirds (1994, 2005, 2006), and four times each by both the Tuggeranong Tornadoes (1996, 1997, 1998, 2000) and the Astros (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004).
Players across the league are selected to form the ACT Monarchs team which plays in the National Championships. In 2006, 16 players from the Junior Monarchs were chosen to be part of the Australian Squad.
