[edit] Life Before Being A Pussycat Doll
She began dancing at the age of three, and singing at the age of eight. Her father was a drummer who played for the Mamas and the Papas. He later became a car dealer. Her mother was a Pilates instructor and they both inspired her to be a part of the entertainment industry.
During high school summer breaks she had travelled to the West Coast to study modern dance. After high school she moved permanently to Los Angeles. She appeared in TV commercials and a Counting Crows music video "Accidentally in Love".
[edit] Pussycat Dolls
Within six months of her move she was also a Pussycat Doll. As with the other group members she is a salaried employee of Interscope Records.
Her doll name in the band was "Barbie doll", but to avoid trouble from Mattel (who own the rights to the Barbie Doll) changed it to "angel doll". She is known to be the sweet, innocent, goofball of the group and as described by Nicole Scherzinger, a breath of fresh air.
[edit] Vocal and Dancing Abilities
Roberts sang lead for the Stickwitu b-side, Santa Baby and is said to have a more prominent vocal role on The Pussycat Dolls' latest album Double the Trouble. Her voice has been compared to Marilyn Monroe's. As for her dancing, she is known for her amazing spins and hip-hop moves.
[edit] Personal Life
She is currently dating professional dancer Kenny Wormald from the MTV show Dancelife.[citation needed]
