Press material from the 1944 Oscars, which shows Bing Crosby and Ingrid Bergman holding their Academy Awards. Bing Crosby won Best Actor for the film Going My Way and Ingrid Bergman won for Best Actress for Gaslight. It is important for Ingrid Bergman because it was her first Academy Award and the only one before the scandal with Rossellini. It is important for Bing Crosby because it was his only Academy Award. In addition, both actors won Academy Awards for different films while being co-stars in the film The Bells of Saint Mary's. Furthermore, a public domain image of this ceremony is unlikely due to the ceremony images still being in copyright and the event happening over sixty years ago.
