Bluestone Television

BlueStone Television also known as Bluestone License Holdings Inc. owns television broadcast stations in the United States. It was formed by Sandy DiPasquale and Providence Equity Partners. Its first acquisition was a group of 12 stations from Lamco Communications Inc.[1]
BlueStone Television was recently sold to Diamond Castle Holdings LLC and veteran broadcast executive Randy Bongarten for $230 million dollars.
