Evgeniy Alexandrovich Saveliev (Russian: Савельев Евгений Александрович) is a Russian physicist and internet entrepreneur. Born July 23, 1981 in Russia, he went on to graduate from the Department of Physics at Moscow State University. Saveliev is one of the founders of the WikiMapia, an online collaborative project to map the globe using a wiki-like system.
