Failand
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Failand is a village in the North Somerset unitary authority in England. It is home to a post office/general store, a pub (The Failand Inn), a sportscar showroom, an observatory, a golf course and a church. A very active drama group operates out of the village hall.
Failand is also home to the playing fields of several Bristol independent schools, most notably Bristol Grammar School, Bristol Cathedral School and Queen Elizabeth's Hospital (QEH). It used to be home to a Bristol Rovers training ground, until it was bought by QEH.
